Codes of conduct
IBERDROLA, S.A., parent company of the Iberdrola Group (holding 100% of the share capital of Iberdrola España), takes part in Autocontrol (Association for Self-regulation of Commercial Communication) and adheres to the Code of Conduct in Publicity and the Ethical Code for e-commerce and Interactive Publicity approved by that Association, which are available on its website www.autocontrol.es.
Iberdrola España and its employees are also bound by the internal rules of Corporate Governance and its Code of Ethics, which are available to the USER, together with information on compliance, on the website www.iberdrolaespana.es.

Jurisdiction and applicable legislation
Access as registered user
To access certain services, it is necessary to register as a REGISTERED USER of www.iberdrolaespana.es. The data required to complete the Registration Form are provided freely and voluntarily, and the data must be accurate and truthful.
The USER undertakes to make proper use of, and not to disclose to any third party, his/her username and password, and to communicate to Iberdrola España as soon as possible the loss, theft or any other risk of access to his/her username and password.
When registering as a REGISTERED USER, the USER agrees that his/her personal data and/or any other data provided may be processed automatically or manually.
Protection of personal data
At Iberdrola España we look after you. Therefore Iberdrola España guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data you provide us as a USER of www.iberdrolaespana.es, in compliance with the provisions of Act 15/1999, of December 13, relating to the Protection of Personal Data.
The data requested from the USER on the website forms are mandatory, unless otherwise stated on the corresponding form. If the USER does not provide the mandatory data requested, Iberdrola España will not be able to process the form.
Should the request include personal data relating to natural persons other than the individual making the request, the USER must inform them of the content of this clause before their inclusion, in accordance with section 5.4 of Act 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection.
As established in the Act on Personal Data Protection (LO 15/1999), the USER may, at any time, exercise his/her right to access, correct, oppose or cancel personal data by sending a letter, together with a copy of his/her ID card or passport, through the channels established in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, approving the Regulations that implement Act 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection.
